01Who we are

This website is operated by Rainbow Paints, a concern of RFL Group (PRAN-RFL Group), PRAN-RFL Centre, 105 Middle Badda, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh.

02What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form or add to an order. Depending on the form this can include:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your delivery or project address, district and division
• Company name and industry for business and project enquiries
• Files you choose to attach, such as a CV, site photos or drawings
• The products, pack sizes, shades and quantities in an order
• The page you were on and, where present, campaign parameters in the link you arrived from

03Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, book a visit or consultation, prepare a quotation, deliver an order and send you the invoice for it.

To contact you about the enquiry or order by phone or WhatsApp. We only send WhatsApp messages when you have ticked the WhatsApp option.

04The Room Visualizer

A photo you upload to the Room Visualizer is processed to detect walls and suggest colours and is not stored after your visit. If you ask a colour expert to contact you, the shades you chose are kept with your request so the expert can see them.

05Who sees it

Your details are handled by Rainbow Paints' sales, showroom and service teams. We do not sell or rent personal information.

06How long we keep it

Enquiries and bookings are kept while we work on them and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up. Orders and invoices are kept for as long as accounting rules require.

07Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, through the contact page or the hotline.
