Return Policy

What can be returned, what cannot, and how to arrange it.

01Tinted colours

Paint tinted to a chosen shade is mixed for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm the shade code before placing the order.

02Unopened, ready-mixed products

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection. Call the hotline or the showroom that handled the order to arrange it; bring or quote the order reference and invoice.

03Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.

04Refunds

Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are paid in cash at the showroom or by the delivery team on collection of the goods.
