01Using the site

The website, its text, images, videos, shade names and tools are provided by Rainbow Paints for personal and business use in choosing and buying Rainbow products. You may not copy or republish the content without permission.

02Colours and estimates

Screen colours are a guide. Printed shade cards and sample pots show the true colour, and the final appearance depends on the surface, lighting and number of coats.

The Paint Calculator gives an estimate from the coverage figures of each product. Actual quantities vary with surface condition and application.

03Orders

An order placed on the site is a request to buy. Our team confirms it by phone before it is prepared. Prices are the maximum retail prices shown at the time of ordering and include VAT; delivery charges are shown before you place the order.

Payment is cash on delivery, or at the showroom when you collect.

04Liability

Rainbow Paints is not liable for loss caused by use of the site's tools or information beyond what the law requires. Product warranties are set out on the product itself and in its technical documents.

05Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
